If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms apply to all users, including individual customers, businesses, and third-party agents.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and significant updates will be notified via email or a website notice. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Provided
Anonymous Express provides shipping and logistics services, including but not limited to domestic and international parcel delivery, freight transport, tracking, and related support. Service availability, delivery times, and rates may vary by location, package type, and selected options.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day (where available).
- Freight Services: Subject to custom quotes.
We do not guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, carrier issues). Estimated times are provided as guidelines only.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for shipping, billing, and account purposes.
- Ensure packages comply with our Prohibited & Restricted Items policy (available separately).
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Pay all applicable fees, including shipping costs, taxes, duties, and surcharges, as outlined at the time of booking.
- Comply with all local, national, and international laws related to shipping and customs.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service refusal, additional fees, or legal action.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for Services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for business accounts). We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Late Payments: A 1.5% monthly fee may apply to overdue balances.
- Currency: All transactions are in USD unless specified otherwise.
- Fraud Prevention: We may delay or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
Additional charges (e.g., customs duties, storage fees) incurred during transit are your responsibility and must be paid promptly to release shipments.
5. Shipping Liability & Insurance
Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited to $100 per package unless additional insurance is purchased. Declared values must reflect the actual value of goods, supported by proof (e.g., receipts).
- Insurance: Optional coverage up to $10,000 per shipment is available at an additional cost.
- Claims: Must be filed within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost items) with supporting documentation.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits) or damage due to improper packaging.
Anonymous Express is not responsible for items seized by customs or prohibited by law.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified before shipment processing begins, subject to:
- Full refunds for unprocessed orders.
- A $10 fee for modifications after label creation.
- No cancellations once a shipment is in transit—standard return policies apply.
Contact support@anonymousexpress.com immediately to request changes. Custom or freight orders may incur additional fees for cancellation.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Items
You may not ship items prohibited by law or our policies, including but not limited to:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammable liquids).
- Illegal substances (e.g., narcotics, counterfeit goods).
- Perishable goods without proper packaging.
- Live animals (except under specific conditions).
Restricted items (e.g., alcohol, firearms) require prior approval and compliance with regulations. See our Prohibited & Restricted Items page for details. Violations may result in shipment disposal, fines, or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (e.g., logos, text, images) is owned by Anonymous Express or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use related to our Services.
9. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Abuse of our staff or systems.
Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due, and we may dispose of undelivered shipments after 30 days.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved through:

- Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules in South Carolina, USA, unless prohibited by local law.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA, excluding conflict of law principles.
You waive the right to participate in class actions against us.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or government actions. Affected shipments may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Anonymous Express, its affiliates, and employees harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or shipment of prohibited items.
