Terms & Conditions of Carriage
Operating guidelines and carriage agreements governing shipments booked through Anonymous Express.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By tendering goods for carriage, generating a tracking reference, or using the Anonymous Express online Tracking Map System (TMS), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Logistics Services
Anonymous Express provides international express air cargo, intermodal freight logistics, customs clearance brokerage, and courier delivery via direct operations and partner carrier integrations (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS).
3. Shipper Responsibilities & Prohibited Items
The sender guarantees that all cargo is packaged securely to withstand standard air and ground transportation conditions. Senders must accurately declare package contents and comply with international ICAO / IATA dangerous goods regulations.
4. Customs Clearance & Border Protocols
International consignments are subject to inspection and valuation by customs officials at destination ports. Any applicable duties, local taxes, or inspection charges assessed by governmental customs authorities remain the responsibility of the designated importer/consignee.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except where covered by supplemental declared transit protection, liability for cargo loss or delay is governed by the Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention, and standard CMR carrier statutes.
